How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Major cities receive deliveries within 2–4 working days after dispatch. Remote or secondary locations may take 4–6 working days. Public holidays and weather conditions may occasionally cause slight delays.
Can I return my order?
Yes, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have original tags intact. To initiate a return, email us at info@iffhyz.shop with your order number and reason for return.
How and when will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Can I exchange for a different size or color?
Yes, we offer exchanges for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability. Follow the same process as a return and mention your preferred replacement in your email.

Can I cancel my order?
You may request a cancellation before your order has been dispatched. Once handed over to our courier partner, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, please follow our return process upon delivery.
