Shipping Coverage and Delivery Time

We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan.

Orders for major cities typically arrive within 2 to 4 working days after dispatch. For remote or secondary locations, delivery may take 4 to 6 working days. Please note that public holidays and unpredictable weather conditions can occasionally cause slight delays.

Order Processing Time

Orders placed on working days are processed within 24 to 48 hours. Orders placed on Sundays or official holidays will be processed on the following working day.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order total. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be applied automatically at checkout when eligible.

Cash on Delivery and Order Verification

For Cash on Delivery orders, our team may contact you via WhatsApp, phone call, or email to verify your order details before dispatch. Unverified orders may be placed on hold or cancelled. Please ensure your contact details and delivery address are accurate when placing an order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or text message so you can monitor the status of your parcel directly with our courier partner.
